We may offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

  • Check the announcement bar on our website for current offers.
  • Free shipping applies to Standard Ground shipping only. Expedited options are excluded.
5. Order Processing & Packaging
  • Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days.
  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Packaging: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage. Fragile items receive extra protection.
6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch.

7. Exceptions & Customs (International)
  • Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the US, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT (DDU). FIT FLEX LTD is not responsible for customs delays.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but missing, please contact the carrier first, then our support team.
