Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, total package weight, and dimensions.
- Additional surcharges may apply for heavy items or remote delivery areas.
We may offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

- Free shipping applies to Standard Ground shipping only. Expedited options are excluded.
- Handling Time: 1 - 2 Business Days.
- Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Packaging: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage. Fragile items receive extra protection.

- If you do not see updates after 3 days, please contact our support team.
- Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside the US, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT (DDU). FIT FLEX LTD is not responsible for customs delays.
- Lost Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but missing, please contact the carrier first, then our support team.
